Consent Management

The Company operates a structured consent management mechanism through its Chat Wizard, which captures and records consent before any lead data is submitted and transferred to the Company's CRM (Zoho CRM).

6.1 Processing Consent (Mandatory)

Before a user may submit a request through the Chat Wizard, the user must provide explicit processing consent, confirming agreement for the Company to collect and process the personal data provided for the purpose of responding to the inquiry or service request. This consent is a mandatory prerequisite for submission. The processing consent and the associated lead information are recorded together in Zoho CRM.

6.2 Marketing Consent (Optional)

As a separate and independently optional step, the Chat Wizard offers users the choice to provide marketing consent, indicating agreement to receive updates, insights, and communications from the Company. Providing or withholding marketing consent has no effect on the processing of the user's service inquiry or request. Marketing consent is captured and recorded separately in Zoho CRM.

6.3 Privacy Policy Reference

The Privacy Policy is linked within the consent section of the Chat Wizard, enabling users to review the Policy before providing consent and before submitting their request.

6.4 Consent Records

The Company maintains records of consent granted through the Chat Wizard as part of the lead record in Zoho CRM. These records capture the type of consent granted (processing consent and/or marketing consent), the timestamp of consent, and the channel through which consent was captured.

6.5 Withdrawal of Consent

Users may withdraw their consent at any time by contacting the Company through the contact details stated in this Policy. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal on a valid legal basis.
